The Grandstream UCM Certified Professional course is a one-day instructor-led certification that teaches you how to install and deploy a Grandstream VoIP system (PABX and Phones) for most common installation scenarios. You will learn how to correctly administer, secure and configure your Grandstream UCM6xxx IP/PBX including extensions, inbound and outbound routes, call management, ring groups, call queues.

All Participants who pass the exam will receive an official Grandstream Certified Specialist Professional.

Course pre-requisites: This course requires Grandstream (UCM) Certified Specialist (GCS).

All attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase the UCM6202 and Phone they will be using for the labs during the course at 50% off RRP.

Intended for those who attend an expert-level certification training in any product category. This is typically for a multi-day training and is a hands-on training with labs, configuration and testing.

This expert level covers troubleshooting, and handling complex installations and deployments using our products.

Expiration is after 2 years.

Intended for those who attend a basic certification training in any product category. This is typically for a half-day training or extensive training webinar without hands-on training. 

This basic level certification is meant to provide high-level knowledge on our products. 

Expiration is after 1 year.

This is a one day in person training for Grandstream Device Management System (GDMS).
